Who we are


Nigel Wright's IT Recruitment Team has been long established in the North East and has a fantastic reputation in the market. We recruit positions from CIO/CTO level to 1st line support across 2 offices in Newcastle and Wynyard in both Permanent and Contract markets. 

We are now in a position to further expand the IT division to grow our marketplace in the North East with the appointment of a Recruitment Consultant from our Newcastle office

 

 

The role will involve:

 

  • Identifying, developing and managing both new and existing client relationships; face to face and over the telephone within the North East Region.
  • Presenting Nigel Wright’s services and selling our benefits; including negotiating fees.
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle in a timely fashion; from taking the job brief, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates to presenting your short list and negotiating offers.
  • Using your sector expertise to come up with creative solutions for your clients’ recruitment needs.
  • Networking within your market and developing relationships with existing and new contacts.
  • Working autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously, shaping your own diary.
  • Based at either our Grey Street head office in Newcastle or Teesside office in Wynyard, you will look after clients with the North East of the Country; however some UK travel may be required from time to time.The role will involve:

To be successful:

We are looking for individual with an interest in Technology. This could be gained from a degree, from a current role or even a general interest in technology gadgets that influence our day to day lives.
